They were retained on the basis of their previous assignment in the JSDF-supported Upscalings Urban Poor Community Renewal (UUPCRS) project for a very satisfactory performance, reliability and availability. The tasks are continuation of the previous work that they carried out in the UUPCRS project and for which they were selected competitively. In the case of the National Coordinator (Benedict Balderrama), he was appointed by the Philssa Board of Trustees (BOT) to this special assignment to handle coordination between the NPMO and the Philssa BOT and Executive Committee (Execom), which in this case, the project’s National Project Steering Committee (NPSC)
